July 18th, 2005 -- I checked several major engines for phrases that related to the Sea Cliff like "we stayed at the Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff Resort". I found 25 real appraisals -- 23 people approved of the Sea Cliff while 2 disapproved of the condo.

Preparer's notes
The Royal Sea Cliff is a condo property with large units and friendly staff who seem mostly filled with the aloha spirit. Many reviewers stated that if they were unhappy with their room they simply went to the front desk and were given a choice of 3-4 other rooms! A few noticed a small ant problem but said it didn't bother them very much. Many guests also remarked on the unique salt water pool.

    The Sea Cliff is generally considered a mid-range condo. It is located in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. The best review I found for this is here: Great Activities!. Sea cliff comment:

    "The Aston Royal SeaCliff in Kona is our long- time favorite. Wonderful studio rooms with a view of the ocean that have full kitchens and laundry included - perfect for the farmer's market finds. We got settled into our room and placed all our findings (including a whole jackfruit) in the kitchen" - From a personal trip report (this used to be an aston resort).
