I checked the net for all the Vista Waikoloa reviews I could find. There were 6 reviews that were more than just a few words. I am basing this on 5 reviews for the condo, and 1 against it.

good reviews
5 reviewers recommended the Vista Waikoloa:

• 1 said there was a full kitchen
• 2 because the units were very big - one family loved have 2.5 bathrooms
• 3 found the view of the ocean was spectacular
• 1 liked it because the staff was very helpful
• 1 person said the location was convenient

bad reviews
(note some bad comments from reviewers who mostly liked the place may be in here, making the numbers of bad comments more than the number of bad reviews)

1 reviewers did not recommend the Vista Waikoloa:

• 1 said the carpet was old and worn
• 2 because the advertised views were obstructed by buildings being built next to the property

This condo seems to be a mid-range condo. It is in Kohala Coast, Big Island.

my personal comments
I only found a few reviews for Vista Waikoloa and many spoke of construction next door that obstructed the advertised views. The Villas are quite large with all the amenities a condo should have.
