August 1st, 2005 -- I checked several major engines for phrases that related to the Beachboy like "we stayed at the Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy". I found 25 real appraisals -- 10 people approved of the Beachboy while 15 disapproved of the condominium resort.

my personal comments
The Kauai Coast Resort is centrally located on Kauai with good access to almost everything on the island. Many reviewers remarked on the beautifully maintained grounds with fragrant flowers and the attentive and friendly staff. There is a small pool and hot tub with an ocean view, grills for barbequing, and hammocks on the beach for relaxing. The units are spacious with washer and dryer in unit. A few people complained about noisy upstairs neighbors due to thin ceilings and many wished the beach was swimmable.
