My thoughts
I found mixed reviews on the Kauai Beach Villas, most were positive but there were a few fairly negative reviews. The villas are under two different managements, Kauai Vacation Rentals and ResortQuest. Kauai Vacation Rentals seems to be the better of the two having cleaner condos with better views and more reliable staff.
