my personal comments
The Lanikai management also owns units in its neighboring hotel Lae Nani and often times overbooks and then places guests in that property instead. They do not advertise this on their website and only show rooms and features from the Lanikai property including all units being waterfront! If you are lucky and get the correct property it is quite nice but there is a chance you will not.
