Most Complete Review of Makahuena at Poipu Point

June 23rd, 2005 -- I searched three major search engines for several Makahuena related terms including "review Makahuena", and "stayed Makahuena".

I found 18 useable reviews -- 15 positive ones, and 3 negative ones.

The Makahuena is a condo property that is right on a cliff overlooking the ocean. There are two beaches nearby and plenty of restaraunts and shops a short drive away. Many people remarked on the excellent view they had and the whales, dolphins and turtles they saw below their lanai

• 10 thought they loved the beautiful sunrises each morning and enjoyed watching whales, turtles and even dolphins from their lanai
• 5 because the property is located right on the water and in close proximity to a few stores and restaraunts

• 5 liked it because the service was excellent - one woman felt the staff went above and beyond her expectations
