Most Complete Review of Nihi Kai Villas

July 25th, 2005 -- I searched three major search engines for several Nihi Kai related terms including "review Nihi Kai", and "stayed Nihi Kai".

I found 7 useable reviews -- 5 positive ones, and 2 negative ones.

Nihi Kai has spacious 2 level condos on a beautifully manicured property that is steps from many great beaches. The only downside for some reviewers was not having a hot tub.

Of the people who liked the Nihi Kai, the reasons they liked it were:

• 4 said: the units are very large, most having 2 levels and a lanai - One man had 4 lanais!
• 6 said: the view from the lanai and pool area was beautiful any time of the day - One family especially loved eating breakfast and dinner on their lanai while watching the sun set and rise
• 5 said: the property is located within walking distance of three great beaches
• 5 said: the pool was small but never crowded - one woman's daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool every day for as long as they would let her stay
• 2 said: the units and grounds were very clean and well kept
• 1 said: the staff was pleasant
