I checked the net for all the Poipu Kai reviews I could find. There were 25 reviews that were more than just a few words. I am basing this on 23 reviews for the condominium complex, and 2 against it.

Preparer's notes
The Poipu Kai is located right on Poipu Kai beach with access to boogie boarding, snorkeling, and swimming. The units have beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and tennis courts. Most of the reviewers said that the staff was informative and helpful when helping plan events around the island.

Of the people who liked the Poipu Kai, the reasons they liked it were:
