Most Complete Review of Kaanapali Alii Condominium

July 7th, 2005 -- I searched three major search engines for several Alii related terms including "review Alii", and "stayed Alii.

I found 25 useable reviews -- 23 positive ones, and 2 negative ones.

My thoughts
The Kaanapali Alii is a condo property with large units, great amenities, helpful staff, and great location on famous Kaanapali Beach.

good reviews
23 reviewers recommended the Alii:

• 15 thought the units were very spacious with large kitchen, living are, bedrooms, and lanai
• 9 because the view was spectacular - people recalled seeing whales, sunsets, and rainbows from their lanai
• 12 found the activities on the grounds included several barbeque grills, a pool, hot tub, and a modest gym - one family enjoyed the lemonade served at the pool
• 12 liked it because the property is in a great location for shopping, restaraunts, bars, grocery stores and is not too far from Whaler Village
• 6 because the amenities include television, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen
• 8 liked it because the rooms and grounds were immaculately clean
• 10 people said the staff was very pleasant and helpfull - one woman was very impressed when the bellman took her bags to her car, loaded the car, and then drove to the front of the hotel to meet her

bad reviews
2 reviewers did not recommend the Alii:

• 1 thought the pool was small and therefore easily crowded
• 1 because there were cockroaches in their unit (this is the tropics people)
• 2 people found the staff was rude
