July 5th, 2005 -- I checked several major engines for phrases that related to the Luana Kai like "we stayed at the Luana Kai Condominiums". I found 11 real appraisals -- 10 people approved of the Luana Kai while 1 disapproved of the condo.

10 people said they had a good time at the Luana Kai, 6 said there are many activities on the grounds including a pool, tennis courts, hot tub, putting green, beach, and a grassy area for frisbee or kite flying, 5 because the view from any side was beautiful - ocean and landscaping on one side and a view of the pool on the other, 3 said the rooms were large with spacious kitchens, bathrooms, and walk in closets, 3 reviewers found the amenities were adequate providing a full kitchen, tv, washer and dryer, and a blender in some units, 1 because there is a quiet at 8pm policy, 2 liked it because the staff was pleasant and helpful, 3 people liked it because the rooms and grounds were kept clean, 3 liked it because the location is central for many activities on the island.

My thoughts
Luana Kai is a condo property that most reviewers had nothing but great things to say about and the negatives were only minor. Like all condos the amenities and decor vary at least slightly between each unit but at Luana Kai they seem to keep a fairly close eye on their units and do a good job of keeping them stocked with the advertised amenities.
