The Mana Kai is generally considered a low-cost condominium hotel. It is located in Kihei, Maui. Go to Maui Mana Kai for a unit owner's blog with actual guest comments and webcam from the lanai towards the beach! This is a great camera, you can even move it around.

Preparer's notes
The Mana Kai is an older property that is located right on the beach. It is believed to have one of the best beaches in Kihei and uncrowded. Like most condos you need to be careful who you rent from and I suggest not staying in the hotel portion of this property. They tend to advertise a studio with a bed in living room seperated by a divider as a one bedroom. For the most part the condo units were clean, spacious and had excellent views
