I checked the net for all the Banyan reviews I could find. There were 25 reviews that were more than just a few words. I am basing this on 22 reviews for the resortquest condo, and 3 against it.

Many people enjoyed watching the sunrise from their lanai each morning and said the view of Mount Haleakala was beautiful.
