I checked the net for all the Schooner reviews I could find. There were 11 reviews that were more than just a few words. I am basing this on 8 reviews for the condo, and 3 ones against it.

Maui Schooner is located in kihei. The prices I checked shows it to be a moderate-price condo.

The Maui Schooner had mixed reviews depending on which building the guest stayed in. Most people in Building A were happy with their stay and enjoyed the great views while those who stayed in Building B were disturbed by street noise and from people walking in the stairwells. Many were also disapointed that there was not a swimmable beach at the resort.
