I checked the net for all the Palms at Wailea reviews I could find. There were 25 reviews that were more than just a few words. I am basing this on 23 reviews for the resort condo, and 2 against it.

The Palms is a beautifully maintained condo property with spacious units and excellent amenities in most units. Many felt the location was convenient for many activities and also enjoyed the onsite barbeques, pool, and hot tub. However, many people did complain about only having air conditioning in the master bedroom and said it was very hard to cool off the rest of the unit. Overall the Palm is a relaxing and uncrowded resort with excellent views and helpful staff. A great place for a family vacation.

Outrigger Palms at Wailea Is located in Wailea on the Island of Maui. It is generally regarded as a mid-range resort condo. What I think is the most succinct review I found is A location that is hard to beat!
