23 people said they had a good time at the Sugar Beach, 14 said the condos are right on the beach and located within a short drive of activities, shops, and restaraunts, 13 because there are many activities on the condo grounds including a pool, barbeques, sunbathing patio, and jacuzzi, 15 said the condos and grounds were kept very clean - many reviewers mentioned seeing the pool and jacuzzi being cleaned daily and one woman's carpet was shampooed during her visit, 10 reviewers found the view was beautiful from the lanai - many enjoyed watching the beach and the kayaking teams, 10 because the amenities were helpfull - the washer and dryer came in handy and most units had beach gear, toys, and a full kitchen with appliances, 10 liked it because the beach and hotel are very quiet in comparison to the surrounding areas, 5 people liked it because the staff was helpfull, 7 liked it because the condos are well worth the money you spend, 1 reported the unit was spacious.

Sugar Beach Resort Is located in Kihei, Maui. It is generally regarded as a medium-cost condo. What I think is the most succinct review I found is Really ON the beach!

Sugar Beach is a quiet resort away from the crowds of Lahaina but still located very close to almost anything you want to do on Maui. It was hard to find anything bad about this place. The few bad aspects I discovered were due to bad maintanance of a privately owned condo, while most were updated and clean.
