June 23, 2005 -- I checked several major engines for phrases that related to the
Marc Suites like "we stayed at the Marc Suites Waikiki".
I found 22 real appraisals -- 15 people approved of the
Marc Suites while 4 disapproved of the suite hotel.
Plus there were 6 reviewers who did not love it or hate it.
Many people said the decor and state of the hotel was outdated and worn looking but that it didn't bother them much because they weren't in their room very often and the location was perfect for keeping them busy with fun things to do.
Marc Suites Waikiki is located in Waikiki on Oahu.
It is generally regarded as a budget suite hotel.

According to the reviewers, Marc Suites Waikiki seem to be anything but suites. It was reported to be a very old hotel that is in need of renovation including new paint jobs, retiling of the bathrooms, and new kitchen appliances. On the plus side the rates are cheap and the location is great for getting around to the main attractions of Waikiki on foot.
