I searched three major search engines for several terms, including "reviewed Outrigger Waikiki hotel" and "stayed Outrigger Waikiki hotel".

I found 25 useable reviews -- 19 positive ones, and 6 negative ones.

Preparer's notes
Most reviews were positive regarding employees, location, and view. If there was a mostly positive review with some downpoints the person usually mentioned that it didn't bother them that much. The people who had an all around bad time (only 2) seemed to just have bad luck and I took that into account if what they said was the opposite of what the majority of reviewers said.
